Professional knowledge.
Human understanding.
Seeking support is personal. My work brings together professional knowledge and lived experience of addiction and mental health, with respect for the experiences that make you who you are.
Alongside my Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellor (CCAC) designation, I hold an Addiction and Community Service Worker (ACSW) diploma. My lived experience informs the understanding I bring to counselling, while your own story remains at the centre of our conversations.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. A free consultation is a place to ask questions and explore whether working together feels right.
